All,
I just finished my first scratch built combine for my freelanced PC&N Ry. It has a 1/16 inch thick brass bar as its floor and Evergreen Styrene components for the body and roof. I used Grant Line detail parts for the doors and windows and roof details.
It was an enjoyable project.

Randy,
Thanks! I have always loved those early Carter Brothers Cars with the duck bill roofs. I will go back later and add some light weathering after the final gloss coat has had time to completely dry.
I will probably take her to KC to run on a friends module at the NNGC.
