V&T Symposium

A place to hook up for road trips, plan them, grab driving partners.

A place to brag about the trip and expound on the drinking capacity and silly things the other guy did, tell fish stories, and such.

Moderator's note: We hold no responsibility for thin skins, embarrassing stories, and hurt feelings here. We won't tell your coworkers or significant others. Enjoy, laugh, and hold no grudges!

How was it? Wish I could make it to some of those.
Create projects so fantastic they inspire others to undertake even greater projects.

The V&T Symposium is always good... two days of presentations on local railroad history, with some evening presentations on modeling... This year we had the option of riding the new V&T into the Carson Canyon and the symposium ended with a Sunday morning visit to the Dayton (C&C) depot.

Over the years it was initially very V&T focused, then more broadly Nevada Railroad history focused, now more V&T and related railroads...

On the horizon is a joint meeting with the SPng group... Of course the V&T in effect owned the C&C.
