Modeling the SP narrow gauge-a roundup

I actually think Trout Creek Engineering (Cliff Mestel) acquired Classic Miniatures some years ago.

I quickly grabbed the May-June 2006 issue of NG&SL Gazette and Cliff Mestel's advertisement in that issue was under the name of "Tru-Scale Models, Inc." but listing the website troutcreekeng.com. The product lines listed were:
    BK Enterprises
    Trout Creek Engineering
    Classic Minatures
    Tru-Scale Models
Cliff has been working at expanding the line(s).

Perhaps saying Clif "recently acquired" was a technically incorrect. I should have said he had "recently released" these kits. Clif is running a one-man-show and though he has several product lines he turns out what he can. Sorry about not being more precise.

We have another SP narrow gauge kit which can be added to the list.
Hartford Products has released a model of the 28 foot boxcar in large scale; 1:20.3.
In addition, Hartford has released Thielsen trucks in the 10 ton and 20 ton variations.
