The Nevada County Narrow Gauge Museum posted a Kickstarter project today in an effort to fund construction of a turntable for future railroad operation. The project page includes a neat 3 minute video describing the museum and the project.

Congratulations to the Nevada County Narrow Gauge Museum for successfully meeting their goal on Kickstarter! The museum was able to meet the goal largely through the support of local businesses and word of mouth via social media.
The money raised will be used to complete the Railbus turntable, now under construction at the museum.
