It is moderated to only include verifiable sources, so there is no hearsay, rumor nor myth surrounding the information provided. It is provided publicly and free of charge to assist the historian, restorationist, or model railroader with determining accurate color and painting for railroad equipment in the 19th and early 20th centuries.
